Q:Do you happen to know how the reception of Planechase is? My playgroup absolutely LOVES Archenemy but abhors Planechase, which sucks, because I want to try it.
How the reception of it is? In general, most casual crowds like it. A personal favorite plane of mine is The Maelstrom (Alara). It’s so chaotic, some folks might not like that. But yeah, Planechase is normally nice, but I wish WotC pumped out more support of it. I think there were only two additional planes (a pre-release one, and an FNM one).

I’ve found that the “Blind Eternities” variant of Planechase is a lot more fun to play in my playgroup. It does make for much longer, strategic games, but the point it to have fun right?

I played a few times, it’s fun because it spices things up I think, but I don’t think it’s for everyone. Maybe you can find some people to play it with ^^
