Q:Why does it say all pictures are owned by Wizards of the coast when they are not?

Where? Any art done for the purpose of being used in Wizard of the Coast games are property of Wizards of the Coast (though they still give credit to the artist) because they paid said artist for their work and signed an agreement of contract or such.
