Q:This might have already been asked but, if I attack with a Serra Angel, and my opponent blocks with their Serra Angel, but I use Turn to Frog, will my Serra go through?
Nope. Still is blocked.

You would have needed to use turn to frog first in order to have your attack go through. Blockers were already assigned.
