Q:If i use my Moorland Haunt to exile a creature from my graveyard for a spirit token does the spirit have summoning sickness ?

Yes.
A tip, however, is to use Moorland Haunt at the beginning of your opponent’s End Step, that way it is on the battlefield before you start your turn, thus letting you swing with it when the turn comes back to you.
