Q:rules inquiry: I attack with two 2/1s and a 5/4. My opponent blocks the 5/4 with a mortarpod germ token and then sacs it to kill a 2/1. does the 5/4 still get through?

Yes, the 5/4 is blocked. Anything blocked remains blocked even if its blockers would be removed from combat.
