Q:Are the Izzet vs Golgari duel deck cards legal in standard right now?

Some of the cards in them, yes. But if it doesn’t have a counterpart legal for Standard right now, then no. Example, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind is not legal in standard like Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius (just released in Return to Ravnica) is.
