I really hope that maelstrom wanderer is going into oversized foil mode.
The oversized cards are indicated with a smaller Magic card back that’s off to the right side of the card. Example: Karn and Sliver Queen. Those are going to be oversized.

As long as there’s Oblation they won’t happen. It’s too inconvenient to have to have a General big-card and a general/proxy-general small card.
