Imagine, if you will…
A small group of soldiers from the Plains of Mirrodin huddle infront of their Planeswalker (Buliwyf) as a MASSIVE force of Xenam’s (another Planeswalker) Merfolk come barreling towards them. Calculated by the experts, a force of 82 was about to send them into oblivion. But lo, a lone Palace Guard steps forward and proclaims “Allow me to take this attack in hopes that you can fight again tomorrow…”. He proceeds to step forward.. and gets the ever living shit beaten out of him by 37 Merfolk… all at the same time. His last words were reported as, “GOD FUCKING DAMMIT! I HATE THE STACK!!!”
