Drafting 101
Much like the Pirate’s Code, these are not rules, but guidelines. Keeping these points in mind should help you draft more consistent decks.
1. Always play 40 cards exactly. This is the only point that should actually be taken as a rule. Play your best 22-24 spells, and have the rest of the 40 be land. If you follow this strategy, each card past 40 is worse than those already in your deck, so by adding cards you are simply making your deck worse.
