Elvish Archdruid is nice, Joraga Treespeaker, Joraga Warcaller is a great multikicker card, Llanowar Elves, Mul Daya Channelers  can be a 5/5 for three or give you mana, Nissa’s Chosen if you’re going to be playing with Nissa Revane, Elvish Visionary is nice. There isn’t much in Shards for a mono green elf deck (since the mechanic is multicolored decks and abilities). The only notable elf in Scars right now is Ezuri, Renegade Leader, who is amazing in elf decks.

Other non-elf spells you might consider:

Leatherback Baloth - You have the ability to cast him turn two.
Explore - Draws you a card at the very least
Garruk Wildspeaker - Another fairly reliable way to get an Overrun-type effect.
