Elgaud Shieldmate is now open for interactions of both the ask and submission sort!

This ask was chiefly created to promote the idea of taking non-essential characters and giving them a breath of life, as I hope to do with Elgaud Shieldmate. It’s an open challenge to those who wish to dive into a blank canvas and turn it into something spectacular.

On a more personal level, this ask blog is an experimental digital painting ground. My goal is to contribute no sketches, but instead do full paintings in a limited amount of time. In keeping with this goal, Ask Shieldmate will not be the fastest moving blog. However, I hope the gradual rise of quality will make it worth your while to watch. Feel free to undertake that part of the challenge with me as well. ;)
